What they’re saying about us

“Extraordinary instrumentality, remarkable vocals, exceptional talent and all from a bunch of brothers and their Dad. That’s “Strings of Green”. With enough National and State bluegrass titles to choke a horse, this young family band will astonish you with their musical genius while they bless you with their dedication and love for the Lord. And the “Kool” part is, they can be available for your church or community event.”

Dr Clacy Williams
WV SGMA Hall of Fame

“Brandon Green and the Strings of Green are the REAL DEAL! Brandon is a world class banjo player and his sons are equally impressive musicians and singers. The future of Bluegrass Music is in good hands!

Burleson of Blue Highway bluegrass band

“Strings of Green is a family group of unbelievable talent ranging from bluegrass to bluegrass gospel with generational harmonies that I foresee taking them far in the music world.”

– Johnny Staats

We’ve been busy!

Between winning the SPBGMA International Band Championship, releasing new music, and playing shows around West Virginia and beyond, we’ve had our hands full. We’re grateful for every opportunity to share our music and meet new folks along the way.

Some of the things we’ve done

We’ve played churches, weddings, festivals, and all kinds of venues over the years. What started as making music for a small church congregation has grown into winning the 2026 SPBGMA International Band Championship, multiple state and national competition titles, and performing across the region. From local events in West Virginia to major bluegrass festivals, every show is different, and we’re thankful for each one.
